Mood board

I decided to create a mood board with some pictures that relate to our genre. The reason i did this is because it will help us get a better understanding and give us more ideas of what we can use in our music video. As we are doing quite an alternative song i chose pictures that used filters on the cameras and that were to do specifically with our type of song. Our song includes different instruments in it, but it also a remix of an original song. That is why i mixed the images between instruments and things like DJ decks. Although we can actually use these images in our video, it will in fact help us to get ideas for the lens we want to use when filming, and it shows us the different options we can create. i haven't decided to use a particular layout in this mood board because this is purely for basic ideas for our group. When it comes to the actual making of the music video i will then recreate a mood board where i will focus on the different aspects of mise-en-scene. By doing this it will once again broaden our ideas and knowledge, and will help us create the best possible music video that we can.

Overall from creating this mood board i feel like it is going to help our group get our basic ideas for the music video, as it gives us somewhere to start from. However i will make sure i do create a more detailed mood board as this mood board doesn't include a sufficient amount for our final video.
